We’re thrilled to be working with chef Damien McNamara of Chapter 66 and Les Petit Gris at Ludlow Castle once again to bring you a ‘Slow Food Sunday.’ This is an opportunity to experience some of our favourite destinations through the pleasure of food. So please join us on Sunday 3rd of November when we will be bringing the warmth and deliciousness of Spain to Shropshire.
Chef Damien's enthusiasm for working on menus from different countries, is clearly displayed in this three course fixed menu (vegetarian menu available on request -must be booked in advance).
Price per person is £30, (£25 for children under 12 years). There’s something for everyone to enjoy, including family, friends, young and old, in this relaxed dining style of long tables in the resplendent setting of Ludlow Castle's Beacon Room.
Please arrive for 1pm for this unique dining experience. Slow Food Members receive a free welcome drink, Paso Vermut. There will be a bar list available on the day.

To start: Seasonal Shropshire Salumi Platter + Pickles + bread
(Vegetarian option - Seasonal Vegetable Croquetas)
Main course: Muckleton Meats Slow Cooked Pork Belly, Chorizo, Escalivada
(Vegetarian option – Caramelised Confit Celeriac)
Dessert: Basque Cheesecake with Sherry-Soaked Winter Fruits
