It’s back by popular demand after last year’s sellout events!

We welcome chef Steve, aka The Hungry Guy, and his sensational gala extravaganza, introduced by Shane Holland Chair of Slow Food UK. This 9 course feast will involve each dish assembled from an assortment of Slow Food ingredients and food surplus sources. The victuals will be served in waves as and when ready, with nine different dishes across the evening. The intention is for you to be delighted and intrigued, questioned and ultimately to enjoy the feast.

Tickets are £50 per person, with 15% of all ticket sales going to Shrewsbury Food Hub.

For this event, entry will be via the side door (to the right of the main Castle entrance), you do not need a ticket for the Food Festival for entry.
